Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I had a great experience with the Tire & Battery Center at Sam's Club in Kenosha. I called 6/19 needing four brand-new tires and wasn't sure how quickly they would be able to fit me into their schedule. Becky was incredibly helpful from the moment she answered the phone. Even though they didn't have a lot of availability that day, she took the time to work with me, find a solution, and get me scheduled. She was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy. She also helped me take advantage of a promotion that saved me about $180 on a set of four tires, which I really appreciated. The staff was welcoming and efficient, and my vehicle was completed in less than an hour. Since I was working that day, it was a huge help to be able to drop off my car and pick it up later without any hassle. Thank you to Becky and the entire team for the excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back for future tire service and would highly recommend this location.

The tire specialist Erin was a huge help he didn't have to help me with my valve stem problem and they only had 15 minutes left before close he was fast and very polite, thank you again Erin!

I don't shop there often, a lady bought me tires there, the workers there talk to you like you're a child that needs to be taught,

My tires wore out after just 6 months!! I went back only to be told the tires I purchased were not even the right fit and were a cheap brand!! Why wasn’t I told this before they even put those tires on???? If I had known that I would have gotten better tires but no one said anything until after the replacement, scammers.

The reason for the low rating is due to lack of communication. I called the day before for a tire rotation and was told to drop it off between 10 and 2. When I got there, the Employee told me they weren't taking vehicles without an appointment which couldn't be scheduled 2 weeks. Fortunately, the person I spoke with in the phone was there AND remembered me. I had to drop it off and it took all but, the work was done. They need better communication between employees.
